Can you outline the process?
We'll begin by discussing your project goals, timeline, budget, and scope. Once we're aligned, we'll create a detailed project plan. After you approve, we'll finalize the paperwork, collect a deposit (usually between 30% - 50%), and kick off the project. Our experienced project managers will guide you through every step, providing regular updates and seeking your input.
How do you work across different time zones?
Through our strategic planning and efficient tools (Monday, Slack, and Figma, to name a few), we ensure seamless project execution. By proactively identifying potential roadblocks and maintaining open communication, we deliver exceptional results on time, regardless of location or time zone.
What digital tools do you have in place?
The right tools can make all the difference in the creative process, which is why we've chosen industry-standard software like Figma, Illustrator, Midjourney, and After Effects to bring our designs to life.
While Monday is our primary project management tool, we're flexible enough to adapt to client preferences. For larger projects or clients with specific needs, we've also used tools like Asana and Slack.
We specialize in web development using HTML, JavaScript, and modern libraries like GSAP. Webflow is our preferred CMS for custom frontend integration, and Shopify, a popular eCommerce solution, powers 70% of our projects.
How soon can we work with you?
We believe in being proactive. By starting project planning early, we can typically start new projects within 2-5 weeks. This ensures a smooth and efficient process. As soon as everything is planned we can kick-off the project!
How long does it take to deliver a project?
Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. Branding projects typically take 4-10 weeks, while website development can last 2-5 months. Content creation is generally faster, but can vary.
Including discovery, paperwork, and research, our projects usually take 1-5 months to complete. Remember, good things come to those who wait... and plan ahead. But no worries because with us it’s always worth it.
